Based on your shipping speed and destination, we hope to get the product to you as soon as possible. Standard shipping orders will usually be processed within five business days.
Oathology is not responsible for damaged, delayed, or lost products while in transit. If you believe your package is lost or has gone missing, please contact the United States Postal Service with the tracking information sent with your order number. Should you wish to purchase insurance on your package, please email us at [email protected] before placing a purchase.
Returns
At this time, we do not accept product returns. Please contact [email protected] with any order-related issues or concerns. All damaged item claims must be made by contacting us via email within seven (7) days of receiving your order. We reserve the right to request proof of any such damage in a reasonable manner.
